Coaching engagements are tailored to the individual and the outcome you’re looking for. A typical programme might include:

  • An initial meeting and contracting session
  • A series of one-to-one coaching sessions (typically 60–90 minutes each)
  • Goal-setting and progress reviews
  • Optional 360 feedback
  • A continual reflect and review process to lock in learning and plan next steps

Programmes can be delivered face to face, virtually, or a blend of both — whatever works best for the individual and the organisation.
